湖北省人民政府令第130号《湖北省婚前医学检查管理规定》已经1997年5月19日省政府常务会议审议通过,现发布施行。省长蒋祝平一九九七年十月十五日第一条为了加强婚前医学检查管理,提高婚姻、生殖保健工作质量,根据《中华人民共和国婚姻法》、《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》(以下简称《母婴保健法》)、《湖北省实施<中华人民共和国母婴保健法>办法》(以下简称《实施办法》)等法律、法规的规定,结合我省实际,制定本规定。
