针对现有《民用机场沥青混凝土道面设计规范》(MH 5010-1999)中既有水泥混凝土道面沥青加铺层设计方法的不足,依据重庆某机场跑道改造工程数据,参考国外累积损伤法与《民用机场水泥混凝土道面设计规范》(MH/T 5004-2010),提出一种更为合理的既有水泥混凝土道面上沥青加铺层设计方法。采用该加铺层设计方法与美国6E的FAARFIELD设计程序法进行对比分析,结果显示,两种加铺方法所计算的沥青加铺层厚度仅相差0.4cm。因此,建议采用该方法用于我国既有水泥混凝土道面上的沥青加铺层设计。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the design method of existing asphalt pavements for civil airports (MH 5010-1999), based on the data of runway reconstruction project of an airport in Chongqing, referring to the cumulative damage laws in foreign countries “Civil Airport Cement Concrete Pavement Design Code” (MH / T 5004-2010), put forward a more reasonable cement concrete pavement asphalt overlay design. The comparison between the overlay design method and the FAARFIELD design procedure method of 6E in the United States shows that the overlay thickness of asphalt overlay calculated by the two kinds of overlay methods only differs by 0.4cm. Therefore, it is suggested that this method be applied to the design of asphalt overlay on the existing cement concrete pavement of our country.
