本文章介绍一种大于1MPa的中压胶管阀的设计,原理及其结构特点。这种胶管阀打破了低压胶管阀由于以胶管强度来承受管道内流体压力从而不能承受高压的传统,改为由流体介质与金属壁面来承受管道内的流体介质的压力的结构方式,从而实现了胶管阀的高压化。还对胶管阀做流置调节阀使用时的流压特性进行了理论分析,并通过实验手段进行了验证,进而绘出了流压特性曲线。
This article describes the design, principle and structural features of a medium pressure hose valve greater than 1 MPa. This hose valve breaks the tradition of replacing the low-pressure hose valve with the hose pressure to withstand the pressure of the fluid in the pipe and to withstand the pressure of the fluid medium in the pipe by the fluid medium and the metal wall to achieve High pressure hose valve. The flow pressure characteristics of the hose valve when it is used as a flow control valve are also analyzed theoretically and verified by experimental means, and then the flow pressure characteristic curve is plotted.
