目的:探讨牛磺酸对离体家兔视网膜组织脂质过氧化反应、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathioneperoxidase,GSH-Px)活性的影响。方法:将家兔眼球视杯置于4组(对照组、模型组、牛磺酸组、β-胡萝卜素组)培养液中,5%CO2,37℃温育。分别于24小时和48小时后测定视网膜组织中SOD、GSH-Px、蛋白及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)。结果:牛磺酸与β-胡萝卜素一样可以抑制视网膜组织内脂质过氧化反应,减少MDA生成;对SOD保护作用不确定,对GSH-Px无保护作用。结论:牛磺酸可抑制视网膜组织脂质过氧化反应,其机制可能与对SOD、GSH-Px活性的影响无关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of taurine on the activity of lipid peroxidation, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathioneperoxidase (GSH-Px) in isolated rabbit retina. Methods: Rabbit eye cup was placed in culture medium of 4 groups (control group, model group, taurine group and β-carotene group) and incubated at 37 ℃ with 5% CO2. Retinal tissue SOD, GSH-Px, protein and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured 24 hours and 48 hours later. Results: Taurine, like β-carotene, could inhibit the lipid peroxidation in retinal tissue and decrease the production of MDA. Its protective effect on SOD was uncertain and had no protective effect on GSH-Px. CONCLUSION: Taurine can inhibit the lipid peroxidation in the retinal tissue. The mechanism may be related to the activity of SOD and GSH-Px.
