为了适立油田建设的需要,减降工人劳动强度,逐步实现筑路机械化,大港油田油建指挥部自制了沥青混凝土摊铺机(传动系统见附图)。经几年的投产使用,证明该机性能良好,并有生产效率高,比人工摊铺提高工效10倍;摊铺路面均匀、平整,施工质量好;结构紧凑,操作方便及施工不受季节影响等特点。该机采用 CA-10B 发动机,发动机动力经主变速箱由套筒滚子链条传到副变速籍,副变速箱有两根动力输出轴,一根的动力传递到后轮,驱动后轮行走,另一根的动力传递到搅龙和刮板,控制摊铺工作速度。沥青混凝土出料门用套筒滚子链条带动刮板送往搅龙。料仓、料门和刮平器等摊铺工作机构由液压系统控
