目的探讨ICNSS评分、APACHEⅡ评分与SAPSⅡ评分3种评分系统对急诊患者治疗状况的评价。方法选取本院200例神经内科急诊患者,分别进行ICNSS评分、APACHEⅡ评分与SAPSⅡ评分,计算3种评分系统的生存值、预计死亡率以及总体的反馈情况,最终对ICNSS评分、APACHEⅡ评分与SAPSⅡ评分3种评分模型的实际操作性能和治疗效果进行相关分析,分析不同的评分系统对神经内科急诊患者的生存和死亡的影响;利用ROC曲线下面积的大小比较ICNSS评分、APACHEⅡ评分与SAPSⅡ评分系统在治疗中和治疗
