自1985年4月我科用国产红宝石激光器治疗视网膜静脉周围炎7眼,效果尚满意,报道如下。本组7例中男性5例,女性2例。年龄14岁~55岁,平均31岁。单眼患病3例,双眼4例,后4例均单眼光凝,共光凝7眼。发病后开始治疗病程最短者2天,最长4年。本组病例诊断的临床依据是:视网膜静脉有白鞘或阻塞,静脉扩张或扭曲,反复眼底出血或玻璃体积血。眼底荧光血管造影发现静脉壁受侵蚀,渗漏、血管闭塞、无灌注区及新生血管形成。治疗时,在病变范围内广泛光凝,对已发生改变的静脉,行包围光凝,对静脉枝及侧枝均给予保护。光凝能量为0.05~0.09焦耳,以(?)级反应为度,每次光凝不超过150击,光斑约200~500μ,光斑间距
