Q2-8汽车吊底盘齿轮均用18CrMnTi钢制造,最后热处理是渗碳淬火,并低温回火。在热处理过程中,由于热应力、组织应力以及自重的作用,齿轮必然发生变形。变形的大小直接影响齿轮的精度,关系到齿轮传动冲击、振动、噪音以及使用寿命,花键孔的变形还会造成装配和使用上的困难。虽然齿轮热处理变形是不可避免的,但是我们可以从实践中掌握其规律,从而制定切实
