德国职业教育中应用型与研究型人才并重的成功模式以及在德国发展职业教育的过程中所体现的注重高等教育多层次化以及注重培养的多样化等教育理念,为世界各国发展职业教育提供了典范。我国远程开放教育以信息技术为纽带,承接全民学习、终身学习的社会使命,实现优质教育资源共享,满足社会成员日益多样性、个性化的学习需求,提升国民素质。德国二元制职业教育培养模式也同样为中国远程开放教育在人才培养理念与方式上起到了良好的启发作用。
The successful model of equal emphasis on both applied and research talents in German vocational education and the educational philosophy of multi-level emphasis on higher education and diversity-oriented training as embodied in the process of developing vocational education in Germany provide a platform for the development of vocational education in all countries in the world model. Open and Distance Education in our country takes information technology as a link and undertakes the social mission of learning for all and lifelong learning so as to realize the sharing of quality educational resources and meet the increasingly diversified and individualized learning needs of members of society so as to enhance the quality of the nation. The German dual system of vocational education and training mode also plays a good inspiring role in the concept and mode of talent cultivation in China’s distance and open education.
