随着互联网应用的普及,网络伦理依然成为一类社会化议题,对我国文化领域、经济领域、政治领域带来了强有力冲击。与西方国家相比,我国网络伦理发展相对滞后,不但安全技术能力、水平低下,其网络伦理体系中还存在巨大真空。现阶段,网络犯罪、失范现象屡见不鲜、屡禁不止,身份认证、道德监督、诚信管理等体系中的漏洞诸多,已严重影响到网络建设的健康发展。基于此,本文结合网络伦理产生的原因和基本内容,深度解析其技术的考量与发展问题。
With the popularization of Internet applications, cybernetics has become a social issue and has brought a powerful impact on China’s cultural, economic and political fields. Compared with western countries, the development of network ethics in our country lags behind, not only the safety technology ability and the low level, but also the huge vacuum in the network ethics system. At this stage, cybercrime and anomie are not uncommon and have been repeatedly banned. Many loopholes exist in such systems as identity authentication, moral supervision and credit management, which have seriously affected the healthy development of network construction. Based on this, this article analyzes the causes and basic contents of network ethics, and deeply analyzes the consideration and development of its technology.
