据资料统计,在钢铁联合企业中,炼铁、烧结、焦化系统工序能耗约占钢铁产品总能耗的65%,而生铁成本约占钢铁产品成本的50%左右.因此,冶金行业降低产品成本的关键就在于降低生铁成本.以本钢二铁厂为例,全年生铁产量占公司总铁量的80%以上,由于其地位特殊,产量、成本指标一直是制约公司生产的"瓶颈".因此,二铁厂生铁成本的降低直接影响到本钢公司产品成本的降低,也关系到本钢产品在市场上是否具有竞争力.
