①目的探讨结节性筋膜炎的组织来源和细胞分化,以及免疫组织化学检测对其鉴别诊断的意义。②方法用波形蛋白(Vim)、结蛋白(Des)、平滑肌肌纤蛋白(SMA)、肌红蛋白(MyG)、肌球蛋白(Mys)、S100蛋白(S100)、神经原纤维(NF)、Ⅷ因子相关抗原(Ⅷf)、溶菌酶(Lys)和α1抗胰蛋白酶(AAT)进行免疫组化标记。③结果病灶中纤维母细胞样细胞对Vim,SMA,MyG,Mys,S100蛋白、Lys和AAT呈不同程度阳性反应,实验结果支持病灶起源于间叶组织细胞,并具有向平滑肌、横纹肌、组织细胞及血管等多向分化能力。④结论多种抗体标记对本病的组织来源及诊断与鉴别诊断有一定的应用价值
①Objective To investigate the tissue source and differentiation of nodular fasciitis and the significance of immunohistochemical detection in differential diagnosis. Methods Vim, Des, SMA, MyG, S100, S100, NF, Ⅷ factor related antigen (Ⅷ f), lysozyme (Lys) and α1 antitrypsin (AAT) were immunohistochemically labeled. Results Fibroblast-like cells in the lesion showed positive reaction to Vim, SMA, MyG, Mys, S100 protein, Lys and AAT to varying degrees. The experimental results support that the lesion originated from mesenchymal cells and had smooth muscle, striated muscle, And vascular multi-directional differentiation ability. ④ Conclusion A variety of antibody markers on the origin of the disease and diagnosis and differential diagnosis of a certain value
