目的全面了解中山市学校食堂餐具和公用具的消毒情况,为今后学校食堂卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法餐具检测大肠菌群,公用具检测致病菌,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2011—2013年中山市学校食堂餐具大肠菌群检测合格率总体为92.3%;公办学校和民办学校大肠菌群检出合格率差异无统计学意义;不同区域的学校食堂餐具大肠菌群检出合格率不同,以城区学校合格率最低,为86.1%;公用具致病菌的检出率为2.3%。结论中山市学校食堂餐具和公用具消毒效果整体比较好,但需继续加强学校食堂餐具的消毒监测工作,以保护学校师生的饮食安全,预防食物中毒。
Objective To understand the disinfection of utensils and utensils in school canteen in Zhongshan and to provide a scientific basis for health supervision of school canteens in the future. Methods Dishware test coliform bacteria, public with detection of pathogenic bacteria, the test results were statistically analyzed. Results The passing rate of coliform bacteria in tableware of school canteen in Zhongshan City was 92.3% in 2011-2013. There was no significant difference in the passing rate of coliform bacteria among public schools and non-government schools. The detection of coliform bacteria in school canteens in different areas The passing rate is different, with the lowest passing rate of urban schools, was 86.1%; common detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 2.3%. Conclusion The overall effect of disinfection of utensils and utility utensils in school canteens in Zhongshan is good. However, it is necessary to continue to strengthen the disinfection and monitoring of utensils in school canteens in order to protect the safety of school teachers and students and prevent food poisoning.
