目的筛选核与辐射医学应急救援中分科培训的科目和科目要求。方法根据研究确定咨询专家人员,采用Delphi法进行问卷调查。结果专家平均年龄45.2岁,大部分具有较高职称和较长的从业时间。两轮咨询问卷回收率均为100%。经过两轮咨询,确定了13项分科培训科目和科目要求,专家评估分科科目重要性平均得分均超过4.0分,变异系数均小于0.22分。结论筛选出的分科培训科目和培训要求符合核与辐射医学应急救援分队的培训要求。
Objective To screen subjects and subjects required for sub-discipline training in nuclear and radiation medical emergency rescue. Methods According to the research to determine the consultants, Delphi method was used to conduct questionnaire survey. Results The average age of experts is 45.2 years old, most have higher professional titles and longer working hours. Two rounds of consultation questionnaire recovery rates were 100%. After two rounds of consultation, 13 sub-disciplinary training subjects and subject requirements were determined. The average score of importance of expert evaluation sub-subjects exceeded 4.0 and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.22. Conclusion The selected subjects and training requirements of sub-discipline training meet the training requirements of the nuclear and radiation medical emergency rescue team.
