本文对镍基铸造K24合金中σ相析出倾向、影响σ相析出的各种因素以及σ相析出后对性能的影响做了较系统的研究,得知该合金σ相析出倾向性是较大的,而影响σ相产生的因素又是多方面的,在一定条件下铸件尺寸起着主导作用。本文还指出合金性能取决于σ相的形态和数量,而σ相对性能恶化程度影响又由形变速度和温度所决定。根据本合金特点可采取合理的零件设计、有效的工艺措施,使σ相的有害影响减至最低程度。
In this paper, the factors that affect the precipitation of σ phase, the precipitation of σ phase and the effect of precipitation of σ phase on the properties of the K24 alloy in nickel base casting are systematically studied. It is found that the precipitation tendency of σ phase in this alloy is larger , While the factors that affect the sigma phase are multifaceted, casting size plays a leading role under certain conditions. It is also pointed out here that the properties of the alloy depend on the morphology and amount of the σ phase, while the effect of the relative deterioration in σ is determined by the deformation speed and the temperature. According to the characteristics of the alloy can take reasonable parts design, effective process measures, so that the harmful effects of σ phase to a minimum.
