水泥是石灰石、粘土、矿渣、铁粉、石膏等多种物质为原料,人工合成的无定型硅酸盐混合物。在生产过程中,加料、破碎、烘干等工序主要接触水泥生产原料。烯烧,包装等工序主要接触水泥成品。以往文献对水泥生产原料和成品造成作业工人肺部损害的情况报导不一。我们对某水泥厂157名作业工人根据所处生产工序的位置不同,分为原料组与成品组,并对其临床症状及肺部X线表现做对比分析。调查对象及方法以某水泥厂工龄在两年以上,分别在运料、加料、破碎、烧成及成品包装工序工作的工人157名为观察对象。因在生产过程中接触的粉尘不同分为原料、成品两个观察组。其中原料组113人、成品组44人。两组
Cement is limestone, clay, slag, iron, gypsum and other substances as raw materials, synthetic amorphous silicate mixture. In the production process, feeding, crushing, drying and other processes are mainly exposed to cement production of raw materials. Teppanyaki, packaging and other processes are mainly exposed to cement products. Previous reports on the lung damage caused by workers’ raw materials and finished products in cement production have been reported differently. We divided 157 workers in a cement factory into raw material group and finished product group according to the location of the production process, and compared their clinical symptoms and lung X-ray performance. Survey objects and methods A cement plant over two years of service, respectively, in the material handling, feeding, crushing, firing and finished packaging work of workers 157 were observed.
