CPI调查及其数据质量问题一直受到社会各界的广泛关注。笔者首先从源头数据的角度分析目前我国CPI调查存在的问题,认为源头数据是CPI数据质量的关键,且必须以多元化的数据采集方式予以应对,而大数据时代的到来为此提供了机遇。通过对目前利用大数据进行价格水平测度的研究成果进行梳理,并结合我国价格调查的实际情况,认为适合将超市电子数据作为我国CPI调查的源头数据,并给出基本分类价格指数编制的新思路。
The CPI survey and its data quality issues have drawn wide attention from all sectors of society. The author first analyzes the existing problems in China’s CPI survey from the perspective of source data. It believes that source data is the key to CPI data quality and must be dealt with in a diversified way of data collection. However, the advent of the Big Data era provides an opportunity for this. Through combing the research results of the current use of big data to measure the price level, combined with the actual situation of the price survey in our country, it is considered that it is suitable to take the supermarket electronic data as the source data of China’s CPI survey and gives a new idea of the basic classification of the price index .
