乌蒙山中的宣威市,是云南省人口最多的一个县级市,孙中山题为“饮食和德”的宣威火腿使它蜚声中外。宣威的教育也颇有名,《中国教育报》、《云南教育报》都曾刊载过宣威教育的先进事迹,受到省教委的重奖,称为滇东教育一枝花。在这块充满希望的教育原野上,有一位以只争朝夕的精神,不断开拓进取的勇士。他就是高级教师、宣威市职业中学校长吴应彪。
Xuanwei City in Wumeng Mountain is one of the most populous county-level cities in Yunnan Province. Sunvine ham, entitled “Food and Morality,” made it famous both at home and abroad. The education of Xuanwei is also well known. Both China Education Daily and Yunnan Education Daily have published the advanced deeds of Xuanwei Education and won the prize of Provincial Education Commission, which is called the “Flower of East Yunnan Education”. In this promising field of education, there is a warrior who strives to make the best of the future and keeps making progress. He is a senior teacher, Wu Yingbiao, principal of Xuanwei Vocational High School.
