一、技术引进工作的概况及其成就 30多年来,印度经济发展的主要目标是实现工业化,印度政府十分重视技术引进。1948~1982年从国外引进先进技术共约7000项。用于技术引进的费用,在60年代平均每年6亿卢比,70年代每年平均8亿卢比。20多年来,印度用在进口外国先进技术和开展本国技术研究方面的费用达250亿卢比(约合32亿美元)。现在每年两项开支30亿卢比。技术引进有力地促进了科学技术的迅速发展和经济的繁荣,从第一个五年计划到1978年
I. Overview of the Technology Import Work and Its Achievements Over the past 30 years, the main goal of India’s economic development is to achieve industrialization. The Indian government attaches great importance to the introduction of technology. From 1948 to 1982, about 7,000 advanced technologies were imported from abroad. The costs for technology introduction averaged Rs 600 crore per year in the 1960s and Rs 800 crore per year in the 1970s. For more than 20 years, India has spent Rs 2,500 crore (about 3.2 billion U.S. dollars) on the import of advanced foreign technology and its own technical research. It now costs Rs 3 crore each year.
