人力资源管理是指用科学的方法对人力资源进行把握,调控,以发挥人力资源的最大潜力。基层法院多处理的是发生在我们身边的事务。因此,基层法院的人力资源管理是关乎老百姓切身利益的,必须要重视。在这里谈谈基层法院人力资源管理现状,以及存在的问题,给出了一些粗浅的建议,希望能帮助基层法院人力资源管理进步。
Human resources management refers to the scientific method of human resources to grasp, control, in order to maximize the potential of human resources. What the grassroots courts are dealing with is what happens to us. Therefore, the grass-roots court human resources management is related to the immediate interests of ordinary people, we must pay attention.
