作者用单克隆抗体和免疫金方法,对正常人外周血B淋巴细胞的形态学和膜表现型进行研究,发现B淋巴细胞亚型分为:(Ⅰ)40%的细胞与OKIa/FMC 4有中等强度反应,其核/浆比率相对高,染色质显著凝聚,有短的内质网(ER)。半数这种细胞有明显的高尔基氏区和与其联合的囊泡,大多数无核仁,仅稍有绒毛样外形;(Ⅱ)40%的细胞表面具有强的HLA-Dr抗原,连续切片显示有1—2个核仁,核为圓形或卵圆形。其染色质与上型相比,凝集程度不一致,部分这类细胞类似β-PLL细胞,如:核常为环形,核/浆比率低,核周染色质显著凝聚,高尔基氏区明显,ER较长。这种细胞的胞浆中除了苍白颗粒外,还有中等密度溶酶体颗粒群;(Ⅲ)10%的B淋巴细胞有较多绒毛,形态类似HCL
The authors used monoclonal antibodies and immunogold methods to study the morphology and membrane phenotype of B lymphocytes in normal human peripheral blood and found that B lymphocyte subtypes are divided into: (1) 40% of cells and OKIa / FMC 4 have Moderate-intensity reactions with relatively high core / pulp ratios, significant chromatin condensation, and short ER. Half of these cells have distinct Golgi regions and associated vesicles, most of which have no nucleoli and only a slightly villous appearance; (II) 40% of the cells have a strong HLA-Dr antigen on the surface and serial sections show 1-2 nucleoli, nucleus round or oval. The chromatin and the type compared to the degree of agglutination inconsistent, some of these cells similar to the β-PLL cells, such as: nuclear often ring, nuclear / plasma ratio was low, significant condensation of perinuclear chromatin, Gorky area significantly, ER long.
