今年寒假,鲁东大学教科院的苏院长来给我们上课。他个儿不高,虽五十多岁的人了,可言谈举止干净利落。如果见了他的人就足以让你打起精神的话,那么听了他的课肯定会使你热血沸腾。我曾在听课后好长一段儿时间内捧着《论语》细读、把着《中国文字的起源》慢看,那种枉做了这么多年老师的自责驱使我想把所思、所感写下来,但一直没能兑现。听课时的笔记成了我不断前进的动力。每每打开它,脑海中马上会浮现出当日课堂的情景,我可能很长时间都忘不了。现在有机会静下心来了,想:何不把苏院长的讲课摘一部分和大家分享,进而一块儿反思一下自己的教学、改变一下自己的处事方法呢?因为只要肯下决心,“亡羊补牢”就为时未晚!
