在设计年检中,笔者发现:渗水、沉降不均(或过大)、结构开裂等住宅质量问题与住宅的设计不无关系,为了提高住宅质量,消除隐患,列举如下住宅设计常见问题,并进行分析研究,提出解决措施。 1 主要问题 1.1 下部结构 1.1.1 基础埋深不够 基础埋深一般涉及到结构的整体稳定和抗倾覆力,特别是抗地震作用。一般规范要求埋深为房屋高度的1/12,对桩基基础可取高度的1/15,但实际设计中却忽略了埋深的重要性,往往随便设计埋深。
