探索研究了由水合萜二醇制备对烷二胺(MDA)的全新合成路线。使用叠氮化钠将水和萜二醇转化成为二叠氮基对烷(平均得率73.1%),再通过林德拉(Lindlar)催化剂使其催化加氢还原,成功制备了对烷二胺(平均得率86.3%),反应总得率为63.1%。合成对烷二胺产品经过分离和提纯后通过物理性能、气相色谱组成、GC-MS、IR、1HNMR等分析测试,鉴定了化学结构。在此基础上,对烷二胺产品作为环氧树脂固化剂进行了应用试验,其试验结果表明,该合成产品与市售对烷-1,8-二胺产品性能相当。研究结果表明,该合成路线是有效可行的。
In this paper, a new synthesis route of stilbene diamine (MDA) from triterpene hydrate was explored. Sodium azide was used to convert water and terpenediol into diazolidine (average yield 73.1%), which was then catalytically hydrogenated by Lindlar catalyst to prepare p-menthane Diamine (average yield 86.3%), the total yield was 63.1%. After the separation and purification of stilbene diamine, the chemical structure was identified through the analysis of physical properties, GC composition, GC-MS, IR and 1HNMR. On the basis of this, the applied test of alkylene diamine as epoxy resin curing agent was carried out. The test results show that the synthesized product is comparable to the commercially available para-1, 8-diamine product. The results show that the synthetic route is effective and feasible.
