中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,其独特的经营方式和灵活的生产方式在我们的市场经济里占据着举足轻重的地位。但是中小企业规模普遍较小,其资本金以及企业技术含量较低,同时传统体制对其进行制约,以及受到外部其他环境的种种因素的影响,因此,中小企业在财务管理方面存在的问题已经屡见不鲜。本文针对存在的问题以及产生问题的原因提出了改进中小企业财务管理的一系列对策,努力使企业财务管理的核心作用得到充分发挥。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy. Their unique mode of operation and flexible mode of production occupy a pivotal position in our market economy. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are generally small in scale, with low capital and low technology content, while the traditional system restricts them and is affected by various factors in the external environment. Therefore, the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises in financial management are not uncommon . In this paper, a series of countermeasures to improve the financial management of SMEs are put forward in view of the existing problems and the causes of the problems, so as to give full play to the core functions of the enterprise’s financial management.
