目的:观察腹蛇咬伤后咬伤部位早期三棱针打孔法排毒的治疗效果。方法:根据患者中毒时间、病情严重程度采用配伍设计,选取2011-07我部接诊腹蛇咬伤手患者30例,按病情严重程度分级后再分别分入三棱针打孔组、切开排毒组和对照组。入院后同时给予抗腹蛇毒血清、抗感染及中医中药等治疗。观察终点:患者患肢肿胀消褪时间、伤口部位感染、脓肿形成及坏死等情况、其它严重并发症如心肌酶升高、血小板减少及住院时间。结果:①三棱针打孔组、切开排毒组患肢肿胀消退时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05),但前两组间无差异。②三棱针打孔组皮肤感染、脓肿形成及坏死明显低于其他两组。③其他并发症各组间无显著差异。④三棱针打孔组住院时间明显短于切开排毒组和对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:腹蛇咬伤后咬伤部位早期三棱针打孔法排毒疗法可显著缩短患者患肢肿胀消褪及住院时间,并显著减轻伤口局部感染、脓肿及坏死情况的发生;与传统的伤口切开排毒法相比有明显的优势。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of detroxication by puncturing three-needle puncture in bite site after belly snake bite. CONCLUSION: Early trigeminal needle detoxification therapy can significantly shorten the fade and hospital stay of limbs and significantly reduce the occurrence of local wound infection, abscess and necrosis in the bites of abdominal snake bites.
