以 4个陆地棉丰产品系和 4个转Bt基因抗虫棉品系为试材 ,采用双列杂交遗传设计 ,对 2 8个组合的F1进行田间观察和主要农艺性状配合力分析。结果表明 ,含有Bt基因的杂交组合其F1对棉小造桥虫为害的抗性为 0级 ,表明这一外源基因属显性质量性状。一般配合力分析表明 ,棉花主要 5个农艺性状主要受基因加性效应控制。特殊配合力方差分析表明 ,4个主要农艺性状的差异乃基因显性效应。 4个转Bt基因抗虫棉品系的 4个主要农艺性状的一般配合力效应值均为负值 ,表明其农艺性状与常规丰产品系存在一定差距。特殊配合力分析出现 5个优良组合。
Four highland cotton cultivars and four transgenic Bt cotton lines were used as experimental materials to study the field observation and the combining ability of main agronomic traits in 28 combinations of F1 using the double crosses genetic design. The results showed that the resistance of F1 hybrids containing Bt gene to damage to Tricholoma matsutake was 0, indicating that this exogenous gene belongs to the dominant quality trait. The analysis of general combining ability showed that the five major agronomic traits of cotton were mainly controlled by gene additive effect. Analysis of variance of special combining ability indicated that the difference of four major agronomic traits was gene dominant effect. The four GCA values of four main agronomic traits of the four Bt transgenic cotton lines were negative, indicating that there was a certain gap between the agronomic traits and the conventional high yielding lines. Special combining ability analysis showed five excellent combinations.
