在森林火灾的预防和扑救工作中,指挥机构的硬件设备和技术条件对于指挥机能的有效发挥起着举足轻重的作用。目前,在预防和扑救手段日趋完善的情况下,许多单位真正能用于决策和适时指挥的设备条件仍仅限于通讯电台和地形图,部分单位配备了沙盘和一些统计性及示意性图表资料。
In the prevention and rescue of forest fires, the hardware and technical conditions of the command organization play an important role in the effective performance of command functions. At present, the equipment and conditions that many units can really use for decision-making and timely command are still limited to communication stations and topographic maps. Some units are equipped with sand tables and some statistical and schematic data.
