The ordered phase of Fe-Co alloy is CsCl-type structure. In the work of Hall, Conard and Libsch on the relationship between magnetic field heat treatment and the orderliness of alloys, the relative intensities of super-structure lines were estimated by X-ray method. Since the X-ray scattering amplitudes of Fe and Co atoms are very similar, this is inaccurate as a quantitative measure of ordering.
