目的:了解中央空调冷却塔水军团菌生态学分布特征。方法:采用分离培养方法,对象山县公共场所中央空调冷却塔水中的军团菌分布进行研究。结果:夏秋季军团菌检出率高,冬春季节未能检出。不同场所军团菌检出率不同,医院、宾馆酒店阳性率分别达78.95%、50.70%。菌型分布为多样性,主要为嗜肺军团菌Lp 1型,占68.7%。检出率还与中央空调冷却塔基座类型相关,漏斗型未检出军团菌,只有平台型检出军团菌。结论:中央空调冷却塔水中军团菌消长有季节性,菌型分布多样性,以医院、宾馆等公共场所,冷却塔基座为平台型的中央空调为重点。
Objective: To understand the ecological distribution characteristics of Legionella pneumophila in central air conditioning cooling tower. Methods: The isolation and culture method was used to study the distribution of Legionella in water of central air conditioning cooling tower in public places in Shanshan County. Results: The detection rate of Legionella in summer and autumn was high, which could not be detected in winter and spring. The detection rates of Legionella in different places were different, and the positive rates of hospitals and hotel were 78.95% and 50.70% respectively. The distribution of bacteria was diversity, mainly Legionella pneumophila Lp 1, accounting for 68.7%. Detection rate is also related to the type of central air conditioning cooling tower base, funnel type was not detected Legionella, only the platform type detected Legionella. CONCLUSION: The growth and decline of Legionella bacteria in the water of central air-conditioner cooling tower are seasonal and the distribution of bacteria is diversified. The focus is on the central air-conditioning system of public places such as hospitals and hotels, and cooling tower bases.
