目的观察分析糖尿病患者口腔感染危险因素分析及对策,以降低糖尿病患者口腔感染率。方法回顾性分析2013年3月-2015年3月340例糖尿病口腔感染患者临床资料,分别对患者临床资料、病史、基础疾病、糖尿病情况、文化程度、是否合并其他口腔疾病、口腔感染相关防治知识了解程度等进行统计分析。结果影响糖尿病患者合并口腔感染的单因素包括:年龄>70岁占50.59%、血糖水平>11mmol/L占52.35%、口腔黏膜损伤占42.35%、口腔护理不佳占77.65%及对糖尿病合并口腔感染认知不清等因素占55.29%;而患者的性别、文化程度、糖尿病史、BMI指数等则差异无统计学意义;其中患者对于牙龈红肿是口腔感染早期症状以及血糖水平波动容易诱发口腔疾病等方面的知晓率较低,均<30.00%。结论对于具有高危因素的糖尿病患者要及时做好相关的防治护理措施,降低糖尿病并发口腔感染的发生。
Objective To analyze and analyze the risk factors of oral infection in diabetic patients and countermeasures to reduce the oral infection rate in diabetic patients.
