利用PDMS进行管道三维设计过程中,从管道布置到应力分析流程存在诸多问题。本文以某工程高压给水管道的布置及应力分析为例,采用基于PDMS进行二次开发软件SmartPPDS中的GLIF应力分析模块,对整个管道设计流程进行了优化和改进,通过对传统设计流程和优化创新后的流程进行比较,结果表明运用新开发的GLIF应力分析模块进行管道设计,简化了应力分析流程,在保证设计成品质量的同时提高了设计效率。
There are many problems in the three-dimensional design of pipeline using PDMS, from pipeline layout to stress analysis flow. Taking the layout and stress analysis of a high-pressure water supply pipeline in an engineering project as an example, this paper uses GLIF stress analysis module based on PDMS secondary development software SmartPPDS to optimize and improve the whole pipeline design process. By analyzing the traditional design flow and optimization and innovation The results show that using the newly developed GLIF stress analysis module for pipeline design simplifies the stress analysis process and improves the design efficiency while ensuring the quality of finished products.
