各种各样的管理学属性之争中,管理学知识中的“科学与人文”是否能统一、如何统一等问题从来都没有得到最终解决,元管理学围绕此一问题展开研究。元管理学的研究对象不是管理现象或管理实践,而是全部管理学知识;元管理学研究管理学知识的性质、来源和产生的机制,以及对管理学知识的可靠性和客观有效性进行检验。元管理学的研究必对中国本土管理学有所裨益——因为所有有关本土管理研究方法论的争论都直接间接地与管理学学科性质、体系结构等相关。
In various kinds of controversy between management attributes, the issue of whether “science and humanities” in management knowledge can be unified and how to unify has never been solved in the end. Meta-management studies have been conducted around this issue. The research object of meta-management is not management phenomenon or management practice, but all management knowledge; meta-management research management science knowledge of the nature, origin and mechanism of production, as well as the reliability and objectivity and validity of management knowledge test . The study of meta-management must benefit Chinese local management science - because all the debates about the methodology of local management research are directly and indirectly related to the nature and structure of management science.
