在国内外首次证明了动脉壁心钠素(ANF)的存在,并探讨了体外培养的大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞(ASMC)合成和分泌ANF的能力及可能的分泌机制。结果表明,体外培养的ASMC能合成和分泌ANF。卒中易感型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRsp)的ASMC及其培养液内ANF含量低于,而ASMC内肾素活性(RA)高于WKY大鼠。本结果对探讨高血压发病的血管机制有重要意义。
For the first time at home and abroad to prove the existence of atrial artery atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF), and explore the in vitro cultured rat aortic smooth muscle cells (ASMC) synthesis and secretion of ANF ability and possible secretion mechanism. The results show that ASMC cultured in vitro can synthesize and secrete ANF. The content of ANF in ASMC and its culture medium of stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRsp) was lower than that of WKY rats, while that of ASMC was higher than that of WKY rats. This result is of great importance for exploring the pathogenesis of hypertension.
