The welding procedure qualification, welding method, groove form and assembly process used in the manufacture of hot water saturated tower for the key equipment of a 100,000 t / a ammonium bicarbonate plant are introduced. The suitable welding specifications and operation techniques are provided. Tower-type container welding has some reference value.
