1989年11月9～11日,株洲市某厂向全厂职工统一发放了上海市某日用化学品厂生产的高级双色双效美容霜。从10日起,陆续有职工上医院就诊,反映搽用该美容霜后皮肤出现不良反应。为此,于12月4～12日进行了调查。 抽样调查了1196名职工。结果发现,搽用该美容霜的人有26.5％发生不良反应。主要表现为搽用部位皮肤出现瘙痒、浮肿、发红、丘疹、灼热,少数还有触痛、胀痛、鳞屑、黑色斑等。且上述症状反应程度也不尽相同,多数出现1～2种反应症状,
