心脏功能的生理调节机制中,腺甙被认为发挥着重要作用。正常心脏,腺甙可以调节房室传导、抑制神经传递和舒张冠脉血管。一般认为腺甙作用特殊的P_1型嘌呤受体A_1和A_2。最近也证实了A_3受体的存在。A_1受体的激活可能参与前调节的心脏保护作用。
Adenosine is thought to play an important role in the physiological regulation of cardiac function. Adenosine can regulate atrioventricular conduction, inhibit neurotransmission and relax coronary vessels. Adenosine is generally considered a special P_1 purinergic receptors A_1 and A_2. Recently also confirmed the presence of A_3 receptors. A_1 receptor activation may be involved in pre-regulation of cardioprotection.
