  导读:9月是大部分人回到工作和学校的时节,所以这时候旅游将不会拥挤,价格也非常实惠。
There is no better month to travel than September. You could disagree, but you’d be wrong. For most travelers, September marks the end of travel season. It’s back-to-school, back-to-work, so in the Northern Hemisphere prices will go down and it will be much less crowded. It’s spring time in the Southern Hemisphere, so frozen lakes thaw and wildflowers bloom.
The weather in Western Europe is still pleasant, and the beaches of the Mediterranean are as sunny as ever. In Eastern Europe, you’ll find hotels are cheaper and have many tourist sights to yourself. The Baltic states, Scandinavia and Russia will be cooling down, but it’s nothing a few warm clothes can’t handle. In popular places such as France and Italy, the crowds have gone away because they have returned from the August holiday, relaxed and ready to do business. Restaurants and hotels reopen, lines are short and prices begin to drop.
The United States is possibly at its most magnificent in autumn. The summer crowds have left New England and Nova Scotia, which means more lobster, seaside relaxing and national-park enjoyment for you. Everyone knows about fall in New England, but what fewer people are aware of is that September is the best month for visiting Texas and the Deep South. California and the Southwest come into their own in September, with San Franciscans actually seeing the sun for a few days.
China and Japan are at their best in September. The nearly unbearable heat and humidity of the summer are gone. It’s fresh and comfortable in the East. The high mountains are still easily to get into, and all tourist places remain open.
It’s a great month to see wildlife in Africa. The Southern Africa is moving into springtime in September. It’s cool and dry and couldn’t be a better time for bird-watching and animal-seeing.
Most of southern Australia and New Zealand are getting warmer. But in New Zealand’s mountains, the snow hasn’t melted yet, so you can go for nice skiing.
