采用中速磨煤机制粉系统的300MW机组掺烧褐煤的经验探索

针对煤炭市场价格急剧上涨,燃煤煤源不稳定的实际情况,为了降低发电成本,稳定煤炭供应,故选择性价比合理的褐煤来代替一定量的设计煤种进行掺烧。由于褐煤灰熔点和热值低于设计煤种,水分和挥发分高于设计煤种,掺烧过程中存在对锅炉负荷、制粉系统出力、喷燃器及炉膛结焦、受热面超温、制粉系统爆炸等方面的诸多影响。但只要落实好组织措施、技术措施,做好防爆、防自燃、防结焦3个重要环节的工作,就能保证掺烧褐煤的安全进行。 In view of the fact that the market price of coal is rising sharply and the coal-fired coal source is not stable, in order to reduce the cost of power generation and stabilize the coal supply, a reasonable cost-effective lignite is chosen instead of a certain amount of designed coal for blending. As the melting point and calorific value of brown coal ash are lower than those of design coal, the water content and volatile matter are higher than those of design coal. There are some problems in boiler combustion, such as boiler load, output of milling system, burner of burner and hearth, overheating of heated surface Powder system explosion and many other aspects. However, as long as the implementation of organizational measures, technical measures, good explosion-proof, anti-spontaneous combustion, anti-coke three important aspects of the work, we can ensure the safety of coal blending with lignite.
