为了把我国辗轮式混砂机提高到一个新的水平,一机部辗轮式混砂机基本参数标准审查会在济南铸锻所、青岛铸机厂、漯河铸机厂的主持下于一九七九年五月二十一日至二十六日在山东省平度县田庄修配厂召开。参加会议的有研究所、设计院、工厂和高等院校等32个单位。会议期间,与会代表对我国辗轮式混砂机的基本参数和结构进行了认真的讨论,并制订了我国辗轮式混砂机基本参数标准上报一机部批准。为了使标准具有一定的实践性,会议期间专门组织进行了混砂机的试验。经过与会代表的努力,我国辗轮式混砂机基本参数标准草案如下。
