本文报告33例恶性肿瘤及癌前病变经光动力治疗(PDT)后1～7年的随访结果。单纯PDT治愈率60.6％,复发率39.4％。结果提示对复发病例采用综合治疗是必要的。
This article reports the follow-up results of 33 cases of malignant tumors and precancerous lesions after 1 to 7 years of photodynamic therapy (PDT). The cure rate of pure PDT was 60.6%, and the recurrence rate was 39.4%. The results suggest that comprehensive treatment is necessary for recurrent cases.
