跨国公司和东道国之间的利益是紧密联系的,不能孤立看待任意一方的利益。本文通过建立各方收益函数,分析汽车产业获得自主创新能力下东道国政府与跨国公司的共赢问题。
The interests of TNCs and host countries are closely linked and can not be viewed in isolation from the interests of either party. In this paper, through the establishment of the revenue function of all parties, this paper analyzes the win-win situation between the host government and MNCs under the capability of independent innovation in the automobile industry.
