目的:为金银花种质资源评价及果实资源的开发利用提供基础数据。方法:对金银花主产区山东6个品系金银花果实中挥发性成分进行气相色谱-质谱联用分析,采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分析。结果:从金银花果实中挥发油成分的数量来看,分别从品系YTH-002、JYH-002、SYH-001、JYH-001、YTH-003和YTH-001的果实中分离出47、27、55、60、23和37种成分,其中归一化百分含量>3%的挥发性成分数量分别为13、14、14、14、10和12种;从挥发油主要成分来讲,6个品系共有成分为棕榈酸、亚麻酸、2,2’-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)、二十烷和维生素E。不同品系金银花果实也含有特有成分,11,13-二十碳十二烯酸甲酯、Z-6,17-十八碳二烯-1-醇乙酸酯、1-二十六烷醇3种成分为品系JYH-002果实中特有成分;品系SYH-001果实中含有2种特有成分,分别为亚麻酸甲酯和十九醇;二十一烷、2-氯乙基亚油酸酯分别为品系JYH-001和YTH-003果实中的特有成分。结论:不同品系金银花果实中挥发性成分表现出丰富的遗传多样性,挥发油含量聚类结果与金银花各品系的亲缘关系较为吻合。
Objective: To provide the basic data for the evaluation of honeysuckle germplasm resources and the exploitation and utilization of fruit resources. Methods: The volatile components of honeysuckle fruits from 6 strains of honeysuckle were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. CONCLUSION: The volatile components of honeysuckle fruits in different strains show rich genetic diversity. The clustering results of volatile oil content are in good agreement with the genetic relationship of honeysuckle strains.
