对于采用空间机构的摆盘发动机来说,摆盘对其支承的惯性载荷是个不容忽视的动力学分析课题。本文按旋转对称型刚性摆盘的三种类型(静平衡型、不平衡型、转缸机摆盘)进行了摆盘惯性载荷原理的推导论证并讨论了它们的实用意义。最后以8E250摆盘发动机为实例进行了具体计算,并列出了常见的摆盘机惯性载荷计算的具体公式。
For the wobble plate engine with space mechanism, the inertia load of the wobble plate on its support is a kinetic analysis subject that can not be neglected. In this paper, we deduce and prove their practical significance based on the three types of rotating symmetrical rigid wobble plate (static balance type, unbalanced type, swing cylinder wobble plate). Finally, take the 8E250 wobble plate engine as an example to make a concrete calculation, and lists the common wobbler inertia load calculation of the specific formula.
