屈光不正是影响视力的常见眼病,而散光在屈光不正中发病率最高,这说散光在屈光不正中占有重要意义。在散光矫正中,屈光度数的准确固属必须而散光轴位的精确更显重要。关于散光轴位分布规律与详细分布方位,特别是大数量的调查研究资料,国内尚乏专题论及。为此,我科采用电脑验光仪在屈光不正检查中积累了大量散光轴位分布资料,加以分析研究并作简要论述。资料与检查被检对象:门诊屈光不正病员与大专院校屈光不正患者计22177只眼。检查方法:用Top(?)N RM-A 6500型电脑验光仪,在暗室内检查,每眼重复检查三次,如有必要可
