目的建立一种用气相色谱法快速、准确同时测定金针菇中19种有机磷农药残留的方法。方法样品经乙腈匀浆提取后,氮气吹至近干,用丙酮溶解残渣,经DB-1701柱分离进入火焰光度检测器(FPD)检测金针菇中有机磷农药。结果 19种农药在0.01~0.4μg/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r≥0.998);在0.025、0.05和0.2 mg/kg三个浓度水平的加标回收率为66.8%~124.6%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.17%~9.65%;方法检出限为0.0004~0.002 mg/kg。结论本法简单、快速、可靠,成本低,适用于金针菇中有机磷农药残留的快速检测。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate method for simultaneous determination of 19 organophosphorus pesticide residues in Flammulina velutipes by gas chromatography. Methods After the sample was extracted by acetonitrile, the nitrogen was blown to near dryness. The residue was dissolved in acetone and separated into the flame photometric detector (FPD) by DB-1701 column to detect organophosphorus pesticide in Flammulina velutipes. Results The 19 pesticides showed a good linearity (r ≥ 0.998) in the concentration range of 0.01-0.4 μg / ml. The spiked recoveries were 66.8% -124.6% at three levels of 0.025, 0.05 and 0.2 mg / kg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.17% to 9.65%. The detection limits were 0.0004 ~ 0.002 mg / kg. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, reliable, low cost and suitable for the rapid detection of Organophosphorus pesticide residues in Flammulina velutipes.
