人才已经成为企业竞争的核心,能否解决好企业内部的劳动争议,关系到企业的兴衰。随着《劳动合同法》的颁布实施,应该如何在原有的基础上从新的角度思考企业的人力资源管理下劳动争议的处理,本文从存在的问题和解决办法方面对此问题展开探讨。
Talent has become the core of enterprise competition. Whether it can resolve the labor dispute within the enterprise or not will affect the rise and fall of the enterprise. With the promulgation and implementation of the “Labor Contract Law,” we should consider how to deal with the labor disputes under the human resources management of the enterprise from a new perspective. This article explores the problems and solutions to this problem.
