针对我国煤矿综采工作面生产过程复杂、开采装备系统庞大、作业环境恶劣等特点,天玛公司提出先实现“可视化远程干预型智能化无人开采”的技术途径:以实现综采工作面常态化无人作业为目标,以采煤机记忆截割、液压支架自动跟机及可视化远程监控为基础,以生产系统智能化控制软件为核心,实现在地面(巷道)综合监控中心对综采设备的智能监测与集中控制,确保工作面割煤、推溜、移架、运输、消尘等智能化运行,达到工作面连续、安全、高效开采。
