在砂培框栽条件下,研究植物生长调节剂2-N,N-二乙胺基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)和烯效唑(S3307)浸种对大豆‘垦农4号’根系生长的调控效应,并比较不同浓度条件下2种植物生长调节剂对大豆根系的显微结构及超微结构的影响。结果表明,50mg·L-1DTA-6和0.4mg·L-1S3307浸种后中柱鞘直径、根系木质部及韧皮部截面积均增加,线粒体及淀粉质体等结构清晰,线粒体、淀粉质体、质体数量丰富;而其他浸种处理对根细胞发育的上述指标的调控效果不显著。综合分析表明,50mg·L-1DTA-6和0.4mg·L-1S3307浸种有利于大豆根系的生长发育。
The effects of 2-N, N-diethylaminoethylhexanoate (DTA-6) and uniconazole (S3307) on the root system of soybean cultivar “Ken Nong 4” The effects of two plant growth regulators on the microstructure and ultrastructure of soybean roots were compared under different concentrations. Comprehensive analysis showed that soaking 50 mg · L-1 DTA-6 and 0.4 mg · L-1S3307 was conducive to the growth and development of soybean roots.
