目的:探讨通心络超微粉联合津力达颗粒对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、厄贝沙坦组(25mg/kg)、通心络超微粉组(0.8g/kg)、津力达颗粒组(1.5g/kg)、通心络超微粉(0.8g/kg)+津力达颗粒组(1.5g/kg)6组,尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素建立DM动物模型;检测肾功能等生化指标;HE、PAS染色观察肾脏病理改变,电镜观察肾小球超微结构的变化。结果:各给药组大鼠的24h m Alb、Scr及BU、TC、TG及LDL多明显低于模型组。HE及PAS染色,模型组与各给药组大鼠肾脏有不同程度的肥大,肾小管扩张,小管上皮细胞出现弥漫性中度空泡变性。电镜观察:与模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠肾脏病变可见不同程度的减轻,足突融合现象及内皮细胞层窗孔大小明显改善,通心络超微粉(0.8g/kg)+津力达颗粒组(1.5g/kg)病变最轻。结论:通心络超微粉(0.8g/kg)、津力达颗粒(1.5g/kg)能改善DM大鼠早期肾功能,调节血脂水平,并减轻其病理损害程度,且两药联用效果更佳。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Tongxinluo superfine powder combined with Jinlida granules on the kidney of diabetic rats. Methods: The rats were divided into normal group, model group, irbesartan group (25mg / kg), Tongxinluo superfine powder group (0.8g / kg) The rats in DM group were treated with streptozotocin (0.3g / kg) and Xinluo Granules (0.8g / kg) and Jinli Da Granules group (1.5g / kg), and the biochemical indexes such as renal function were detected. Electron microscopic observation: compared with the model group, the renal lesions of rats in each treatment group were relieved to varying degrees. The phenomenon of foot process fusion and the size of the window of endothelial cell layer were significantly improved. Tongxinluo superfine powder (0.8g / kg) + Jinli Granule group (1.5g / kg) the lightest lesions. CONCLUSION: Tongxinluo powder (0.8g / kg) and Jinlida granule (1.5g / kg) can improve the early renal function, regulate the level of blood lipid and the degree of pathological damage in DM rats, and the combined effect of the two drugs Better.
